Join Antonio and his friends for a real hands-on cooking class topped off by a sumptuous Jamaican meal, local beverages and later some wines, all enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the hills of Mandeville Manchester Jamaica.

 

This is hands on so expect to get your hands dirty. The day starts out early in the morning going to the seaside, in the case of fish dishes, to get the day’s catch, have them cleaned and return home for precooking preparations. On the way back we will stop by the produce market for local seasoning and herbs along with other key ingredient for the meal.

  • Sessions are held in my Mandeville apartment kitchen. Duration of each session is around 4-6 hours including dining.
  • The whole idea is for the entire experience to be fun and interactive in a relaxed, informal setting. You'll meet new friends who also love to cook Jamaican food and explore new experiences and foods.
